Real-time sync
Make a change on your phone and it appears on your Mac and the web almost instantly. There’s no sync button — Clarity.Do keeps your devices in step in the background.
Real-time multi-device sync is available on Pro and Premium. The free Beginner plan works on a single device. See plans & pricing.
Offline-first
You don’t need a connection to keep working. Add, edit, and complete tasks offline; Clarity.Do saves everything locally and syncs the moment you’re back online. Changes made on different devices while offline are reconciled when they reconnect.
A connection indicator shows whether you’re synced, syncing, or offline so you always know the state.
Devices and sessions
In Settings › Devices you can see every device signed in to your account, including when each was last active and which one you’re using now. Revoke any device to sign it out remotely — useful if you lose a device or want to free up a slot.
How many devices you can sync at once depends on your plan:

If you reach your plan’s limit, sign out an old device in Settings › Devices or upgrade.
