Beginner — free
Everything you need to plan and get things done:
- Up to 1,000 tasks (subtasks count toward the total)
- Unlimited subtask nesting
- Plan, Focus, Upcoming, and Search views
- Quick Capture
- Due dates

Pro
Everything in Beginner, plus:
- Unlimited tasks
- The Priority matrix — importance and urgency, with priority-aware sorting in Focus and Upcoming
- Real-time sync across up to 3 devices
Premium
Everything in Pro, plus:
- Recurring tasks — monthly and yearly
- Real-time sync across unlimited devices
- Daily digest emails — scheduled summaries of what matters
- Calendar feed — subscribe to your tasks in any calendar app
- Completion history & undo — with configurable retention

Changing plans
Upgrade or manage your subscription from Settings › Account, or on the pricing page. Changes take effect right away; if you cancel, you keep paid features until the end of the billing period and then move back to Beginner.
