Common questions

Is Clarity.Do free? Yes. The Beginner plan is free forever and includes the Plan, Focus, Upcoming, and Search views, Quick Capture, due dates, and up to 1,000 tasks. Plans & pricing →

Why is the Priority view locked? The Priority matrix and editable importance/urgency are Pro features. Upgrade from Settings › Account or the pricing page.

Do subtasks count toward the 1,000-task limit? Yes — on Beginner, subtasks count toward your total. Pro and Premium have no task limit.

My changes aren’t showing on another device. Real-time sync needs Pro or Premium; Beginner is single-device. Check the connection indicator — if it shows offline, changes sync once you reconnect. Also confirm both devices are signed in to the same account. Sync →

I hit my device limit. Sign out an old device in Settings › Devices, or upgrade for more (or unlimited) devices.

I didn’t get my digest email. Digests are Premium and need a verified email. Check that the email is verified in Settings and that the digest is enabled. Digest emails →

Can I repeat a task every week? Recurrence supports monthly and yearly cadences (Premium). For other rhythms, reschedule the task when you complete it. Recurrence →

My dates or “this week” look wrong. Check your timezone and first day of week in Settings.

How do I delete my account? Cancel any active paid subscription first, then follow the delete account steps. Deletion is permanent. Account →

Can I undo completing a task? Yes. Undo right after completing on any plan; Premium keeps a day-by-day history with a longer undo window.
