Your account

Sign up, sign in, reset your password, manage your profile, and delete your account.

Your account keeps your tasks in sync across every device. Here’s how to manage it.

Signing up

  1. Choose Sign up and enter your email.
  2. Enter the six-digit code we email you.
  3. Set your name and a password.

New accounts start on the free Beginner plan, with a sample project to explore. See plans & pricing.

Signing in

Sign in with your email and password. Prefer not to type a password? Use sign in with a link and we’ll email you one. Forgot your password? Choose Forgot password and we’ll send a code to reset it.

Profile and password

In Settings › Account you can update your display name at any time. Change your password from settings too — for security, changing it signs out your other sessions, so you’ll sign in again on those devices.

Managing devices

See every signed-in device, and sign any of them out remotely, in Settings › Devices. More on sync →

Signing out vs. deleting

  • Sign out removes the local copy from that one device. Your account and data on the server are unchanged — sign back in anytime.
  • Delete account permanently removes your account and all its data.

Deleting your account

If you have an active paid subscription, cancel it first (Settings › Account, or the relevant app store). Then request deletion as described on the delete account page — typically by emailing support so we can verify it’s really you. Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone.
